We are currently working with Schneider Electric’s Digital Power Application Centre to provide commercial management and quantity surveying support across a number of complex data centre projects.
Our involvement includes cost management, change control, contract administration, subcontractor management, commercial reporting and contractual support throughout project delivery.

Our involvement includes commercial advice, cost management, change control, subcontractor management and contractual support throughout project delivery.
Projects include:
- Raising and modifying platform levels to improve step-free access
- Installing and refurbishing accessible WC facilities
- Installing, replacing and refurbishing station assets
- Associated civil engineering, mechanical, electrical and building services works
- Supporting wider station accessibility and passenger-experience improvements

- Peer reviewing climate clauses for use within commercial contracts
- Speaking at industry conferences on sustainable contracting and climate contracting
- Sharing research and practical experience relating to legal and contractual risks in sustainable construction
- Supporting greater awareness of how contractual mechanisms can contribute to meaningful climate action
The Chancery Lane Project is a UK-registered charity that helps organisations reduce emissions through the effective use of legal documents, contractual provisions and commercial processes.TCLP provides open-access climate clauses that organisations can adapt and incorporate into their contracts.
